Important
- Only the family group manager can remove an account from a family group.
- Child accounts cannot be removed from a family group. If you no longer wish to manage the child account, you can either transfer the account to another family group or close the account.
Removing Accounts from your Family Group
- Sign in to the account currently managing the family group at id.amazongames.com.
- Navigate to the Family page and click Manage button next to the non-child account you want to remove from the family group.
- Click Remove button from Family Group Membership > Remove Family Member section.
- Review the information presented before confirming the removal of this individual.
- This is important to understand the impact this will have on the removed account.
- Click Remove to remove the account.
