If you decide that you want to close your child's account, the parent account managing the child account must submit a request to close the account.
Important
Closing the Amazon Games iD permanently deletes the account and any game data tied to the account. This action can't be undone and the data can't be restored.
The child would no longer be able to:
- Sign in to that Amazon Games iD as the account will be permanently deleted.
- Access game progress as any game data tied to the account will be permanently deleted.
- Access purchased and earned in-game items as any in-game items tied to the Amazon Games iD account will be permanently deleted.
Only proceed with account closure if you've acknowledged the above information.
