We ask that all penalised players review the Amazon Games Code of Conduct. If you don't believe that you have violated the Code of Conduct, you can appeal. Keep in mind that there’s never a valid reason for violating the Code of Conduct. We’ll deny any appeals that attempt to justify those violations.
Players that receive a penalty impacting their Amazon Games iD will receive an email notifying them of the penalty and a notification with the reason for the penalty after signing in at id.amazongames.com.
Appeal Steps
- Go to amazongames.com/support.
- Select the game you received the penalty in.
- Go to the Appeal a Penalty support article.
- Follow the steps within that support article to appeal your penalty.
