Unlinking Accounts

Important

• Your game progress becomes tied to your Amazon Games iD account. Unlinking your account in the future will result in lost game progress.
• Your purchased and earned in-game items will be tied to your Amazon Games iD account and can be accessed directly through your Amazon Games iD account.
• There is a 365-day cooldown period after unlinking. During this period, you can only relink your Amazon Games iD with the same account on the same platform. You cannot link the Amazon Games iD to a different account on the same platform.
• If you unlinked a platform account from your Amazon Games iD and lost your game progress, re-link the same platform account back to your Amazon Games iD to restore it.

Unlinking Accounts

1. Go to id.amazongames.com on a web browser and sign in to your Amazon Games iD.
2. Select the Account Linking tab.
3. Click Unlink Account next to the account that you want to unlink.
4. Before proceeding with unlinking, review the disclaimer to understand the impact this will have on your Amazon Games iD.
   • You will no longer be able to sign in to your Amazon Games iD on that platform.
   • Access to your game progress tied to your Amazon Games iD will no longer be linked on that platform.
   • Access to your purchased and earned in-game items tied to your Amazon Games iD will no longer be linked on that platform.
5. Click Unlink.
