Family groups allow for parent accounts to manage Amazon Games iD accounts. Family groups allow for Family Group Manager accounts to manage other Amazon Games iD accounts within their family. An individual can only be a part of one family group at a time, and the Family Group Manager must be a verified adult.
Adding Accounts to your Family Group
The Family Group Manager can add an account to their Family Group through an invite or by creating an account within the Family Group section.
Family Group Manager - Invitation
- Sign into the account currently managing the family group at id.amazongames.com.
- Navigate to the Family section and click Invite button from Invite someone to your family group.
- Enter the email address for the individual you want to add and click Send Invitation.
- You will receive confirmation stating that an invite was sent.
Family Group Manager - Create Account
- Sign into the account currently managing the family group at id.amazongames.com.
- Navigate to the Family section and select Create Account.
- Choose your country/region.
- Enter in their date of birth, email address, and password, then click Create Account.

Family Group Invitee

An invitation will be sent to the email address entered by your family group manager.

Click the Accept Invitation button contained within the email..
- This invite expires within 24 hours. If your invite expired, ask the family group manager to send you another invite.
- Sign into your account.
