Account Closure and Data Deletion

If you want to delete data associated to your Amazon Games iD account, you will need to close your account.

Important

Closing the Amazon Games iD account permanently deletes the account along with any game data tied to it. This action can't be undone and the data can't be restored.

Closing an account will result in no longer being able to:

• Sign in to that Amazon Games iD as the account will be permanently deleted.
• Access game progress as any game data tied to the account will be permanently deleted.
• Access purchased and earned in-game items as any in-game items tied to the Amazon Games iD account will be permanently deleted.

Account Closure

1. Go to id.amazongames.com/details/privacy after signing in.
2. Select the Data & Privacy tab.
3. Select the Close Account button.
4. Carefully acknowledge the disclaimer detailing the impact closing your account will have.
5. Select Close Account.
   • You will receive an email requiring you to confirm your account closure.
   • You have five days to confirm the account closure before the request expires.
6. Open the email and click Confirm Account Closure.

Note: If you have submitted an account data request, you cannot proceed with account closure until the prior submission is fulfilled.
