Request Amazon Games iD Account Data

If you want to request data associated with your Amazon Games iD, you can utilise the guidance below after signing in. 

Request Data

1. Go to id.amazongames.com on a web browser and sign into your account.
2. Select the Data & Privacy tab.
3. Select the Request Data button next to Data Request.
4. To ensure the security of your account information, we will send you an email to confirm the request. Once you confirm the request through the instructions in the email, we will start preparing your data.
5. Once the data is ready, you will receive a notification email.
   • It will take 30 minutes for the data to be ready after submitting the request.
6. Go to id.amazongames.com on a web browser and sign in to your account. The data can be downloaded within the Data & Privacy tab.

Important

• You must login to the game after linking your account for your game data to show within your data request.
• If you already have an active account data request, then you must wait for it to be completed before submitting a new one.
• You cannot close your account while your account data request is in progress.
• Don’t wait too long to download your data, as the download expires in 90 days.
