Keep in mind that in order to protect account owners, failing to enter the correct password multiple times will result in a temporary 15 minute lock before being allowed to try again.

Reset Password

1. Go to id.amazongames.com on a web browser and select Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address tied to your Amazon Games iD and click Send Email.
3. Check your email inbox and open the Password Reset Link email and click Reset Password.
   
   • Check your spam or junk folder if it hasn't arrived after 15 minutes.
4. Enter in your new password and click Reset Password.
